In this workshop, we began to tell our stories based on personal and ancestral connections to the environment. Using a grounding exercise, we learned how to access the safe space in nature we all store in our bodies. Kristy led us to arrive at language to unburden ourselves of the world we were born into, and create our own personal definitions.
