Mid-Year Portfolio Check in Day B

MID-YEAR PORTFOLIO CHECK-IN DAY B
At Girls Write Now, 520 8^th Ave, 20^th Floor, between 36th and 37th Streets.

See schedule attached below for your pair check-in appointment time.

At this halfway point in our season, each pair will meet with a member of Girls Write Now's Program Advisory Committee or staff to make sure portfolios are up-to-date, and that weekly meetings are on track, fun, and filled with good writing.

The following portfolio pieces must be in your portfolio before your check-in appointment:
1. Mentee About the Author (see handout attached below)
2. Memoir draft
3. Poetry Draft
4. Fiction draft
5. Scholastic Art & Writing Award submission (if you turned your piece(s) in to GWN, we have filed them in your portfolio)
5. Reading piece (to be emailed to reading@girlswritenow.org by Fri., Jan. 15, at 5pm)
