Fiction Workshop

At the Fiction Workshop, mentees and mentors learn how to develop a fictional scene including key details about the setting, character, and plot. Workshop leaders also teach about story arc and character transformation through additional writing exercises; and reading excerpts include authors such as Ursula Hegi, Guy de Maupassant, and GWN mentor and Young Adult author Lynda Curnyn.
