Girls Write Now Graphic Novel Workshop, “My World and Beyond” AM Team

Sat., May 15th, 10:30am-2:00pm. At Girls Write Now, 520 8^th Ave, 20^th Floor, between 36th and 37th Streets. Be sure to bring a photo ID to get into the building. Brunch will be served.

With Special Guest Speaker, Lauren R. Weinstein, author of Girl Stories.

This event is required for all new and returning mentees and mentors on the AM Team.

CHAPTERS: Girls Write Now Spring Reading Series, May

This spring, Girls Write Now is thrilled to announce CHAPTERS, featuring the work of New York City's best teen writers and the professional women who mentor them, and a dynamic, diverse line-up of special guest authors curated by Maud Newton. CHAPTERS readings will be held at the Center for Fiction (17 East 47th Street bet. 5th Ave. & Madison), from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. Co-sponsored by The Center for Fiction, EILEEN FISHER, American Eagle Outfitters, and glassybaby.
