Between Night and Day: GWN Playwriting Workshop

2008-09 Girls Write Now Playwriting Workshop

What does it take to turn a story idea into a dramatic script? At this workshop, mentors and mentees will learn the art and craft of developing stories for the stage. Highlights:

Great icebreaker activities
Prompts to jump start individual writing and mentoring sessions
Craft Talk featuring playwrights Melanie Maria Goodreaux and Katori Hall
And, as always, a healthy lunch!

Take one specific event from your day and write a scene about it using a cast of your friends and family. GWN Journalism Workshop Planning Meeting
